Apollo allows you to get the best from the R/F room, offering a range of fast and accurate movements that ensure an extraordinary application capability of the system, thus reducing examination preparation times and improving patient comfort. Tilting by 90° in both directions makes it possible to install the remote controlled table in the most diverse configurations of the diagnostic room, allowing top results to be obtained in any environment. By means of motorised tilting of the tube support column, combined with the rotation of the X-ray source, oblique projections can also be carried out on the table as well as patient exposures on a stretcher. Furthermore, the focus-film distance, which can be extended up to 180 cm, makes it possible to examine the chest directly on the remote controlled table. The adjustable height from the floor and the completely smooth surface of the examination table make patient access easier and simplify transfer procedures from the stretcher. In addition, the sturdy and reliable mechanical structure has a maximum capacity of 284 kg, with no movement restrictions, thus also making it possible to examine bariatric patients.
Apollo EZ is the solution designed to overcome any installation limits in narrow spaces, thanks to its compact mechanical structure, and to allow an R/F room to be created with an affordable investment. The table is available with transversal (2-way) tabletop movement, for maximum compactness, or with 4-way tabletop movement, to offer maximum patient exploration, combining tabletop and tube/spot film assembly longitudinal movement. Moreover, Apollo EZ includes functional features that enable the great application flexibility typical of the Apollo line, such as the tube support column with motorised tilting and the focus-film distance up to 180 cm, that allow different types of projections to be made directly on the table, including chest studies. Designed with the same high quality standards used in manufacturing all of our equipment, Apollo EZ is a compact and reliable system that can be used in environments requiring high productivity and in the most critical situations, thanks to its ability to withstand high loads with no movement limitations. The equipment is able to ensure high levels of safety for both the operator and the patient, thanks to the real-time control of all movements and to the specific anti-collision device that stops the tilting movement of the table in the event of contact with an obstacle.

Apollo EZ DRF
Apollo EZ DRF is a remote controlled table that combines the compactness and versatility of the Apollo EZ with a powerful digital acquisition system based on 43x43cm dynamic Flat Panel detector. With a small footprint, it is the ideal solution for examination rooms with limited space available for the installation, while the digital acquisition system grants a complete coverage of the radiographic and fluoroscopic applications.
Compact: Apollo EZ DRF is available with either 2-way tabletop movement, for the maximum compactness, and with 4 way tabletop movement, in order to maximize patient coverage area, combining tabletop and tube/detector longitudinal movement. Tabletop can also be made of carbon fiber for further reduction of the X-ray dose to the patient.
Versatile: Rapid and concurrent movements reduce dramatically the patient preparation time and increase workflow.
Although its compactness, Apollo EZ DRF can extend the focus-detector distance up to 180cm, allowing to obtain chest images comparable to those done on a chest stand, making the remote controlled room suitable also for routine exams.
Apollo DRF OPEN
Apollo DRF in its “Open” version is our premium digital remote controlled table that extends the diagnostic applications also to the interventional procedures thanks to the maximized access to the patient from every table’s side.
Patient’s care is maximized by different solutions that reduce the emitted dose, making it a versatile digital system suitable also for pediatric examinations. The acquisition system based on 43×43 cm dynamic Flat Panel detector allows to acquire every anatomic district, thanks also to special functions such as Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) and automatic Stitching.
Open tabletop structure
The Open design, based on a single-side suspended tabletop, grants a direct and easy access to the patient from all sides of the table. This configuration is particular useful during interventional procedures, because two or more operators can be at direct contact with the patient. The mechanical structure of the tabletop grants a patient weight capacity up to 230 kg without limitations on the table movements.
Maximum dose reduction
In addition to the low dose required by the high sensitive dynamic digital detector, different solutions can be implemented on the system to further reduce the dose to the patient during the exam.
Apollo DRF Open has as standard a carbon fiber tabletop, material with lower X-ray attenuation respect to the common plastic laminate, requiring thus less X-ray dose to obtain a diagnostic image. The automatic collimator can be configured with motorized filters, automatically selected according to the examination procedure. The system automatically selects one of two grids to match the SID. The grid can also be automatically removed for non-grid applications, such as paediatrics or extremities.
